The 3rd of November has arrived, and that can only mean one thing, it is Apothecary87's Birthday, and we are four years old today, hurrah!

It has truly been an awesome four years for Apothecary 87.
From simply concocting the first ever beard oil that was originally created for Sam W Martin's personal use, the Apothecary 87 brand was quickly born and it soon exploded into the market. Four years on, Apothecary 87 is now one of the fastest growing male grooming brands in the world and now hosts a range of hair, beard and shave products that has been sold into over 130 countries.
Here is a quick timeline showcasing just a handful of our highlights over the last four years:
3rd November 2013 - Apothecary 87 was born and we launched with the Original Recipe, Shave Oil and The Moustache Wax
January 2014 - Apothecary 87 created and launched the Vanilla & Mango Beard Oil which four years on is still our number 1 seller.
3rd November 2014 - By this date Apothecary 87 had sold to customers in 134 countries
End of 2014 - Apothecary 87 won the 'Best Visual Identity' at the European Transform Awards, beating some of the largest retailers in the world to this prestigious award.
January 2015 - The first hair Pomade by Apothecary 87 launched to the public.
2015 - This was also the year Apothecary 87 had to scale up into a new office location to cope with demand and the brand expansion. Not only that, but a HQ was also opened in America, which remains there today.
2016 - Last year was certainly a busy year for new product launches as both the Muskoka Beard Balm and the Matte Paste became available to purchase. These two products have been described as 'game changers' by experts within the grooming industry.
2016 - Apothecary 87 was awarded Grooming Range of the Year at Barber Connect.
2017 - We were invited to be a part of the Extraordinary Gallery at Cosmoprof which showcases the top 50 cosmetic brands in the world.

"It's absolutely crazy that we are celebrating our fourth birthday. A brand that was started initially as a side project soon became a project where we constantly wish we had more hours in the day.
