Here at Apothecary 87 we don’t like to follow trends, we like to express who we are without creating the obvious.
We don’t like to behave according to socially acceptable conventions or standards. We often create products that are different and intriguing.
Some of you may remember our collaboration with Model Levi Stocke, the product was called Lock, Stocke and Barrel and we decided to scent it with Gunpowder. Something that to our knowledge, had never been done before. Some people hated it, but a lot of people loved it. It was a limited edition and one of the most popular products. People were intrigued and talked about the product a lot.
We wanted something that would get people talking, that would make people second guess what the fragrance was and it worked. It also has a weird vintage vibe, as gunpowder makes you think of fireworks and 1920s gang fights.
