Why Have I Been Charged For A Service I Didn't Attend?

If you've been charged for an appointment you haven't attended, it's due to not rescheduling or cancelling within our Cancellation Policy's time frame.

Our barber team are all self employed, and our Cancellation Policy is there to protect them from losing out when an appointment is moved or cancelled and they are unlikely to be able to fill it at such late notice. To book an appointment with us, it is mandatory to have read and agreed to our Cancellation Policy and we keep records of this.

How Much Is Shipping?

Our shipping prices are always competitive, and we offer a range of services for different areas of the world and different levels of service. Pricing will depend on the shipping service chosen at checkout.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All shipping methods are shown in checkout with a delivery time estimate. As this is only an estimate, please allow an extra day if your order hasn't arrived when expected. We try to offer tracking numbers wherever possible, so you can stay on top of the order status.

International orders may be subject to customs checks, which can slow the process down slightly. Please bare this in mind when ordering.
