"This is an okay product, it definitely mattes your hair but doesn’t have a great hold and it just made my hair look fluffy rather than giving it texture and style. I even tried applying more product but it just made my hair heavy and limp. It may be because I have straight short hair but just wasn’t overly impressed for the price."

Damp hair will provide more of a shine and will absorb the product better leaving a more controllable style.
Dry hair will allow you to create a more matte finish, but you could sacrifice some workability.
We recommend applying only a pea sized amount to the hair.
If you have longer hair, or want a bit more hold, then add more as you see fit.
Yes! Our water based products wash out easily, but wax based products can be harder to remove especially if you use a lot.
We recommend Apothecary 87 Botanical Shampoo to wash out any product. It will even remove a whole tub in one wash!
